Know and set your goal

Write your goal in detail, keep adding details till you feel as though you’re living it right now. Use all 5 senses to make your goal more realistic to you to motivate you to reach it. Read (and improvise/update if required) your goal when you wake and before you sleep. If possible, read it in between morning and night as many times as you want.

Achieve your goal

Expose yourself to things related to your goals to make it more real for you. Some ways to expose yourself is by visualizing the experience or looking at related images.
